Housekeeping Assistant
Our Housekeeping Assistants work within the “heart of the house” and bring their personality and flair to provide a warm and friendly service to our guests.
The guest journey is paramount, so you'll know how to deliver a fantastic experience for our guests, time and time again, achieving Grand standards.
£12.30 per hour
What the role will involve
• To service guest bedrooms to The Grand Housekeeping standard required - presenting immaculate beds, bathrooms and corridors.
• To be accountable for the allocated section of bedrooms ensuring a high standard of presentation is second nature.
• Be flexible to jump into any role within the housekeeping department when needed.
• Contribute to creating a warm and welcoming environment for our guests and colleagues.
• Give full co-operation to any guest requiring assistance.
What you can bring to the role
• Team player
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Strong communication skills
• Previous experience is desired but not essential, but must be willing to learn
• Be fully flexible to be able to work shift patterns through weekdays and weekends
